Leonie Wilson
Leonie has been a Fitness Trainer for 18 years and she is renowned for challenging and motivating sessions. Running the CounterBalance Health business and it’s awesome, fit, loyal members in recent years has paved the way for CounterBalance Fitness to open this training centre.
She is a mother of three, career Personal Trainer and a junior local Netball coach. Leonie is a big believer of enjoying life and balancing it out.
Ana Julia Fonseca
Ana is a qualified yoga teacher and mechanical engineer. After almost 10 years of working as an engineer, her strong passion for wellness and stress management motivated her to become a yoga teacher. She spent 2023 teaching yoga and leading stress management workshops around the world, and she is now teaching two classes at CounterBalance while working part-time as an engineer.
Her classes focus on resetting the nervous system while enhancing body awareness and flexibility.
Craig Wilson
Craig first commenced in the Fitness Industry in 1996… 26 years later and a wealth of experience in hand will see the popularity of the CounterBalance Fitness Training Facility.
Craig will be ensuring CounterBalance Fitness is the training venue that everyone loves being a part of, and that it is a place where people feel safe and confident to challenge themselves through exercise.
Xavier Beeck
Xavier has been a qualified fitness trainer for over two years, with a strong passion for fitness and a solid background in Martial Arts. During his time in the industry, Xavier has competed in 3 MMA and 2 Muay Thai amateur bouts, giving him firsthand experience in guiding athletes through rigorous training camps. Now a qualified MMA trainer, specializing in both striking and grappling techniques, Xavier brings a wealth of knowledge to his clients at CounterBalance Fitness.
When he's not working with clients on the gym floor, Xavier continues to sharpen his MMA and Boxing skills, stay active with endurance running, or catch some waves when he can.
