COUNTER BOX
(Boxing for Fitness)
A cardio based workout utilising the fundamentals of the sport of Boxing. These sessions will include skipping, shadow boxing, partnered focus pad combinations and the use of heavy bags and speedballs.
CBF HiiT
(High Intensity Interval Training)
Get great results from this session involving short high bursts of activity alternated with low intensity recovery periods. Proven to boost your metabolism and build strength through performing body weighted exercises and use of resistance and cardio machines. Don’t worry, we CBF sometimes too.
SAS
(Strength and Stretch)
Functional strength training which includes exercising several muscle groups and full body
workouts which will result in improved strength and ease of daily movements. We
incorporate full body stretching to aid flexibility at the end of each session.
YOGA
(Vinyasa)
Yoga classes that use physical techniques to preserve and channel the vital force of
energy. Movement is paired with breathing techniques. You can expect to be in a constant
flow of movements.
STUDENT CLASSES
FITKID
(5-11 Years)
This class ensures that kids learn about physical activity through fun exercises and
directives. The kids will develop motor skill enhancement including balance and reaction
time. Sessions will be varied and will include a range of activities from boxing for fitness,
running, hopping, catching, throwing, balance and body weight strengthening.
YOUTH BOX
(12-16 Years)
Introduction to the Olympic Sport of Boxing. Technique and Boxing Fundamentals
including stance, footwork and skill development are a priority. Self defence and Improved
cardio fitness are achieved in these sessions through repetitive routines in partner pad
work, glove on glove work and the use of boxing bags and speedballs.
YOUTH SAS
(Strength and Stretch - 12-16 Years)
The main objective is to improve the musculoskeletal strength and general fitness of
adolescents though introducing safe, effective and enjoyable exercises. This fitness
program will ensure the development of muscular endurance, flexibility, agility and
confidence in the participants.
